BS 7910:2019 Clause 7 — FAD assessment with $K_I^P+K_I^S$, $\rho$ and reserve factors
This is an orchestration engine: it does not introduce new physics, but assembles the verified building blocks (Annex M K_I, Annex P \sigma_{ref}, and the Option 1 FAD curve) into the complete BS 7910:2019 Clause 7 procedure.
The flaw is acceptable when the point (L_r, K_r) lies inside the failure assessment line f(L_r) and L_r \le L_{r,max} (Section 7.3.1). If K_I^S < 0 it is set to zero together with \rho (Section 7.3.6).
FAD Option 1, K_{mat} (direct or Annex J / Charpy), direct/from-Q K_I^S and Annex R \rho are live now. Option 2/3 and the ductile-tearing locus unlock as their building blocks are built.
